Since completing our first transfer in 2021 as a one-man operation, William Herrick has grown steadily alongside Missouri’s cannabis market. The company has expanded its team, fleet, and operational capacity to meet increasing demand across the state. In 2022, operations relocated to Lee’s Summit, Missouri, strengthening our ability to serve partners efficiently and continue scaling responsibly.
Our operation is built to support long-term growth. Through structured processes, trained drivers, and a growing fleet, we work with cultivators, manufacturers, and dispensaries to provide reliable logistics designed to protect product integrity and maintain compliance at every step.

experience from the telecommunications and engineering sector, having worked with respected firms such as Black & Veatch and Burns & McDonnell, where precision, accountability, and operational discipline were foundational to his career.
When medical cannabis appeared on the Missouri ballot in 2018, Steve recognized both an opportunity and a responsibility. As someone living with epilepsy, Steve personally experienced how cannabis could help manage seizures without many of the negative side effects associated with traditional medications. That experience deepened his belief in the plant’s value and motivated him to apply his professional background to an industry where trust, safety, and compliance matter deeply.
Steve completed the company’s first cannabis transfer in April 2021, operating as a one-man owner-operator while laying the groundwork for long-term growth. As demand increased, he expanded the operation with a focus on building reliable systems, well-trained personnel, and a fleet designed to meet the needs of a regulated supply chain. Even as the company continues to scale, Steve remains closely involved in decision-making and standards, bringing a personal level of care to the operation, all the way down to naming each vehicle in the fleet himself.
Steve’s leadership philosophy is simple and consistent: conduct business in a way that is honest, fair, and reasonable, and earn trust through action rather than words.

His work now supports key areas including HR, accounting support, sales, and day-to-day business management, helping ensure the operation remains organized, efficient, and positioned for continued scale.
Ethan plays an active role in improving internal systems, strengthening training, and introducing modern tools to support consistent performance with continued emphasis on expanding sales and business development as the company grows in the years ahead.
